A keen advocate for exercise, especially strength training, Josh also loves endurance sports and recently completed his first backyard ultra marathon.

Heidi is an experienced Chiropractor with a whole-person approach to care. She uses a mix of spinal adjustments, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and rehab to help people move better, manage pain, and return to the activities they love. Outside the clinic, she’s a keen hockey player, gym-goer, and gig rower and is currently over half-way through walking the whole Southwest coastal path.

Outside clinic life, he’s passionate about archaeology, heritage, and classical music.

Outside work, he enjoys tennis, the gym, travelling, and working with animals as an animal chiropractor.

Cathy is a Sports Massage Therapist with a warm, individualised approach to care. She works with all ages—from young athletes to those in later life—supporting injury recovery, mobility, and long-term wellbeing. A black belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu, a keen team sports player and a new mum, Cathy brings a high level of care and empathy to her work.
