Joe first experienced chiropractic by observing his father’s treatment back home in Portsmouth. Here he was drawn to the profession when he saw the variety of treatments the chiropractor could use with different patients and how this ensured that each patient was treated in a way that was tailored to their own needs.
Throughout his four years at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, Joe has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients, helping them both to regain control over their pain and improve their overall health. Whilst he enjoys treating patients from all walks of life, he has a particular passion for working with athletes from runners to powerlifters and places a strong focus on preventative care, not just pain relief. Joe uses treatment methods including diversified and Gonstead adjustments, massage, blocking and extremity adjustments as well as exercise advice and prescription.
In his spare time, Joe is a keen cyclist and rugby player who also enjoys cooking and searching for the next best whiskey.
