Caroline Chilton-Bates is the Founder and Nutrition Consultant at Nutrizuno, (www.nutrizuno.com) a Nutrition Consultancy for Private, Corporate and Sports clients and is delighted to be an addition to the team at Dixon Health in Bradford-on-Avon, where she will be holding regular Wednesday morning clinics.
She uses the functional medicine approach, which looks at the route cause of a client’s symptoms. She sees many clients with issues ranging from gastro-intestinal matters to hormonal or energy complaints as well as people who may be looking for a seasonal overhaul who book in for for a health MOT.
Caroline has an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from CNELM and is a registered member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council). She is also an Associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine and a Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner.
She says, “I love my work as a nutrition consultant as my responsibilities are so diverse; I run a regular clinic where I see private clients on a one to one basis who may be looking for support that requires diet and lifestyle changes including balancing energy levels to more complex health issues. In addition, our private client base includes amateur and professional athletes who want to counteract fatigue and frequent infections that may hamper them leading a healthy life or attaining their performance goals.”
Caroline is also CoFounder and Nutrition Director of ToniqLife, the online fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and fun club for busy women.
She has a love for skiing, travel and fine food. Although she has hung up her rowing blades since the birth of her second child, spending less time on the river Avon itself, she can often be seen dog walking with her children ‘scooting’ along the canal at the weekends. Caroline is planning to hold a nutritious pop up restaurant night at Mes Amis in Beckington on Saturday 2nd January 2016, to not only share her passion for food but also to show her customers that healthy food can actually taste great!
