Dixon Health is a network of Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Clinics situated in North Wiltshire. Established in 1985, the team of Chiropractors and Physiotherapists have successfully been treating musculoskeletal disorders in the Bradford on Avon and Devizes Clinics ever since.
Over the last 20 years our services were also offered at both the Bath Clinic and Circle Bath in Peasdown St John, building close links with the local Consultants and Physiotherapists. We have pioneered a multidisciplinary approach to the management of musculoskeletal problems ensuring that by collaboration we achieve the best outcomes for our patients. You may be able to tell Joseph was feeling a little tight for this one!! — Tight glutes and hips frequently contribute to lower back pain and can also play a role in knee pain, leg pain and a number of form issues in the gym. — Give these stretches a go, try 3-4 holds of up to 10 seconds on each side. On the second of the stretches you will notice Joseph lowers his opposite shoulder down. This is a way of increasing the stretch a little towards the end.
